As a First Line Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include… * Responding to phone and email support requests, diagnosing technical problems. * Providing 1st line support across their customer base and solving tech related problems. * Being responsible for both reactive and proactive maintenance activities. * Contribute to IT related projects. * Following agreed process and procedures to ensure a smooth process and support. * Maintenance of all IT service documentation. We are looking for a First Line Support Engineer with the following skills and experience… * Experience working as a 1st Line Support engineer. * Experience of remote access tools. * Knowledge of Windows 10/11 as well as Azure, Active Directory and Antivirus software. * Basic knowledge of troubleshooting or network infrastructure. * Understanding of ITIL best practice. * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
