What the Job Involves This front-facing, office-based role involves managing the reception area and daily operations. You will greet visitors warmly, maintain a clean and safe environment, and manage enquiries via phone, email, and in person. You will provide information, advice, and guidance to families on various matters including childcare, health, and financial matters. Regular feedback collection and calendar maintenance are also key responsibilities. The position requires full-time on-site presence, Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 4.15pm and Friday 8.30am - 4pm, covering maternity leave until 1st September 2026.
