We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and trusted Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Managing Director and the Board. The role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to Board-level activity and develop governance experience within a supportive environment This is a pivotal role that enables effective leadership through the seamless coordination of diaries, meetings, communications and governance activities. You will act as a central point of coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring the Managing Director and Board are well-prepared, well-informed and able to operate effectively. In addition to Executive Assistant responsibilities, the role will provide administrative support as Secretary to the Board (non-statutory). This includes coordinating Board activity, supporting effective governance processes and maintaining accurate records. This role requires a high level of discretion, professionalism and attention to detail, alongside the ability to anticipate needs and drive efficiency. Working Requirements This is a full-time, office-based role, reflecting the need for close and responsive support. Occasional travel and overnight stays may be required to support Board meetings and company events, with an expected maximum of approximately 10 nights per year.
