German speaking Customer Service Northampton £29,200 Great Benefits CCR is supporting a well established client we have been working with now for a while, a company thriving in the current economy who are are looking to add further to their German speaking Customer Support Team. Full training and support is provided - ideally the successful candidate would have had some experience working within Customer Service (retail also suitable) Key Responsibilities Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients/customers via phone, email, and chat and other social channels. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback and assist in document translation. Communication: Liaise with delivery teams to ensure clear communication and efficient service execution. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and relay this information to the management team whilst responding to the customer needs. Qualifications Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. This will be tested during the interview process. Experience: Previous experience in customer service Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem-Solving: Strong ability to handle challenging situations and resolve issues effectively.
