What You'll Do:
* Develop, document, and implement clear financial and operational procedures
* Track manufacturing hours closely for margin reporting and profitability analysis
* Monitor processes and incremental improvements
* Prepare monthly management reports
* Compile quarterly board-level financial figures
* Maintain the accuracy and coherence of inputting by staff and external bookkeepers
* Report directly to the COO
Key Attributes:
* Strong mathematical ability (degree in Maths or related discipline preferred)
* Obsessive attention to detail with high accuracy standards
* Practical common sense and a proactive problem-solving mindset
* Experience in managing costing systems
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in management accounting
* Interest in applying Lean manufacturing principles
