We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Warehouse Operative in Stafford (ST16)

Responsibilities:
* Perform a variety of warehouse tasks, including but not limited to scanning, sorting, and heavy lifting.
* Ensure all products are stored and labeled correctly.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
* Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
* Prepare orders for delivery or pick up by checking for accuracy and completeness.
* Assist in loading and unloading merchandise from delivery vehicles or containers.
* Use warehouse management systems to input data and track inventory.
* Conduct regular stock checks to identify any discrepancies or issues.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
* Excellent spoken and written English skills.
* Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
* Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.
* Availability to work from 03:00-11:00am.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
* Ability to work well in a team and independently.
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
* Good organizational and time management skills.
* Proficient in using warehouse management systems and scanning devices.
