The Digital Audit Training Hub Senior Manager is responsible for leading the digital learning infrastructure of the audit practice.
A look into the role
As a Senior Manager leading our Training Hub, you will:
1. Create, curate, and evolve our training resources, working closely with the Digital Audit Team, Audit Learning Team, and wider Learning Innovation Team to provide top-quality learning materials embedded with digital skills for auditors.
2. Build and maintain effective relationships with the Learning Innovation Team and Audit Professional Services to ensure digital learning aligns with professional standards, current trends, and the Digital Audit Team’s offerings.
3. Collaborate with the Learning Innovation Team to produce engaging, inclusive, accessible digital audit training in various formats and platforms using instructional design best practices, AI tools, graphic design, and video production.
4. Liaise with senior audiences to promote digital proficiency across the audit practice.
5. Manage content lifecycle and governance to keep digital audit learning relevant, effective, and compliant with Continuing Professional Development requirements.
6. Use data-driven insights to optimize training content and inform future development.
7. Support the Audit Learning Team in delivering the annual Audit Learning Plan and integrating digital learning into the strategy.
8. Act as the point of contact for digital audit training requests, coordinating delivery including new hire training, ongoing education, and specific initiatives.
9. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure knowledge and training are comprehensive, current, and relevant.
10. Assist digital audit teams in providing access to resources and support for high-quality, efficient audits using digital products and services.
11. Perform additional responsibilities as needed to achieve the Digital Audit Team’s goals.
