My prestige's legal client is seeking an experienced Information Governance Analyst to join their expanding Governance Team. The successful candidate will be working closely with para legals and attorneys with matters such as file intake, file releases, data access requests, and destruction requests.
Develop and maintaining inventory systems, mentoring junior members of the team, and working on both basic and complexed administration tasks and reviews.
Skills and experience required
* Strong knowledge and understanding of information governance, privacy principles, best practice, and data security, preferably in the legal of professional services.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of both physical and electronic resources and management.
* Commercial experience with document and management systems such as iManage, Active Directory, ServiceNow or Legal Key
* Any experience of matter mobility will be beneficial
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
