Are you a results-driven production leader with a proven track record of delivering meaningful efficiency gains?
A leading industrial process manufacturer are seeking an experienced Interim Production Manager to support a critical improvement phase within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* In this hands-on and fast-paced position, take ownership of day-to-day production operations while spearheading targeted optimisation initiatives.
* Assess current processes, identify bottlenecks, implement robust improvements, and embed best-practice methodologies across the manufacturing site.
* Lead and motivate production teams to achieve output, quality, and safety objectives.
* Analyse existing workflows and introduce efficiency-focused improvements.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma or similar).
* Implement structured KPIs and performance reporting.
* Support the senior leadership team through a period of operational change.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and H&S standards.
