Registered Nurse -night shifts
Care Centre,an 82-bed facility in Dagenham which is dedicated to providing high quality care for a huge range of disabilities, disorders and behaviours. Providing 24 hour residential and nursing care, seven days a week, the team offer elderly care, end of life care and younger care.
Looking for Registered Nurse with experience in a similar role living in London or able to relocate.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and demonstrate exceptional knowledge of anatomy.
* Available Hours:36-48 hours per week
* Long shifts, 12-hour shift, 8pm-8am
* Paid breaks
* Night shift
* Pay rate: £21-£22 per hour
Our qualified nursing team are available 24 hours a day to provide medical and other forms of specialised support. Respecting older people and recognising each resident as a unique individual, our nurses provide not just high-quality nursing skills, but truly person-centred care.
About the Role:
Some of the responsabilities:
* Assess, plan and deliver, with the patient and their carer/family, nursing care which takes account of patient choice and wishes and acting as the patients named nurse.
* Accurately observe and engage with patients in order to assess their need and evaluate their progress.
* Monitor and review Nursing Care plans.
* Evaluate and respond to changes in patient condition and needs.
* Deal proactively and effectively with suggestions and complaints from patients and their families / carers.
* Contribute to a team approach to patient care in conjunction with all members of the Multi-Disciplinary team.
* Prioritise nursing duties and delegate appropriately and effectively within the shift co-ordination Framework, working as nurse in charge as required, ensuring as far as reasonable practicable a safe environment.
* Develops and maintains a good professional relationship with patients, colleagues and visitors responding promptly and courteously to requests, enquiries and suggestions.
* Helps to promote and to maintain an environment conducive to meeting the needs of the patient / relatives and carers.
* Planning, implementing, and supervising the provision of quality care
* Maintaining the required medical documentation
* Upholding residents rights to privacy, dignity and choice
* Reporting any ill health among the residents and request professional visits when necessary
* Familiarising yourself with, and strictly adhering to, company policy and procedure and Care Inspectorate guidelines
* Abiding by the Nursing and Midwifery Councils (NMCS) code of professional conduct
Please note we are only accepting candidates with a UK active PIN, experience in the UK at least 1 year
The main requirements for this role are:
* *Must be a registered nurse (current PIN number with NMC)
* *A genuine desire to work with the elderly
* *The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, along with excellent listening skills
* *The ability to supervise other staff members comfortably and competently
* *Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
* *Someone with a calm nature who can deal with, and defuse, challenging situations
* *Knowledgeable about assessment, admission and discharge processes
* *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
