We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is not just an analytical role — it's a leadership opportunity where you'll provide vision, direction, and support to a team of analysts, ensuring they deliver high-quality insights that empower decision-makers and improve patient care.
You will:
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of BI Analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence.
* Drive the development of innovative BI solutions that turn complex datasets into meaningful intelligence.
* Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to identify opportunities where data can enhance patient outcomes and operational performance.
You have:
* Strong analytical skills and proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Experience in BI or data analysis, ideally within healthcare or a similarly complex environment.
* Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring analysts.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* A genuine passion for improving patient care and organisational performance through data.
As a Senior BI Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how we use data to make smarter, evidence-based decisions. You'll not only guide and support your team of analysts, but you'll also ensure that the intelligence produced has a direct impact on patient care, service quality, and organisational success.
