MERCHANDISING ADMIN ASSISTANT

Based at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, just 15 minutes outside of Croydon and easily commutable from London.

We work in a competitive hybrid working model, with 2 core days at head office and 3 days working from home, plus flexi core hours.

We’re on the hunt for someone resilient and dynamic who isn’t afraid to PUSH BOUNDARIES in a role where no two days are the same. We MAKE IT HAPPEN with a fast-paced rhythm, where being organised and having a great skillset on Excel is key. If you’re up for a challenge and ready to dive into the multifaceted world of Merchandising, this role could be for you!

What you can expect from the role…

* Work closely with the Assistant Merchandiser for smooth product launches.
* Raise and reserve sales orders.
* Closely monitor orders to ensure they meet the delivery SLA’s.
* Run sizing analysis and suggest size breakdowns for orders.
* General administration and the day to day running of the lingerie department.
* Take ownership of the creation of our Monday trade packs.
* Assist the team to support with department KPI’s.
* Produce weekly, monthly and seasonal reports for the team.
* Build strong relationships with our Partners.
