Your new role:
As part of the Technical Operations Team, the role's purpose is to manage and complete risk capture and endorsement processing, ensuring accurate and timely data recording.
Responsibilities include:
* Binding/Slip Processing: Ensuring data entry and accuracy within the underwriting system from slips for inward business, liaising with stakeholders, and reviewing processes for efficiency.
* Outsourced Management: Maintaining SOPs, monitoring SLAs and KPIs with outsourced providers.
* Earnings: Liaising with the Actuarial team to update custom earning patterns monthly.
* Data Quality: Maintaining data accuracy, training teams, and collaborating with Data Quality teams to improve data integrity.
* Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Overseeing month-end procedures, workload prioritization, audit support, and reporting for management.
Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
* At least 10 years in the insurance industry.
* Operations/Management experience, including managing outsourced providers.
* Understanding of underwriting and policy administration systems.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing tight deadlines effectively.
