Our client is a well established architecture studio who create beautiful buildings and inspirational interiors. They are a boutique global design firm with an integrated approach to architecture, interiors and art, based in Shoreditch. With offices in the UK and Australia they work across a variety of sectors and regions.
This role is a pivotal part of their operations team, and is fundamental to help drive performance from their CEO and key leaders of the business. You will work closely with the CEO and wider operations and leadership team and will have the opportunity to positive impact their business.
Please note this is a 1 year maternity cover contract to start in August.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide Executive Assistance to CEO
* Diary and travel management
* Have input into aligning strategic initiatives and identify areas for improvement
* Prepare CEO for all meeting, including pre-research, agendas and meeting packs
* Support the wider studio in communication and administration
* Event management – planning and organising regular events for clients, collaborators and staff.
* Client liaison
* Email management - Drafting responses and bringing issues to attention as needed.
* Track meetings and actions in relevant meeting tracker
* Expenses
* Some personal assistance including diary management and personal administration
Skills and Experience
* Prior experience in a PA/EA role
* Experience within the architecture or property industry
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of InDesign would be beneficial
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Excellent time-management skills.
* Detail orientated, goes the extra mile.
