SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Luton
Salary: £80–£98 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time, Term Time Only
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (may vary by up to 45 minutes)

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and nurturing SEN Teaching Assistant to join an inclusive and supportive school in Luton. In this role, you’ll work closely with children who have a range of additional needs, providing tailored support both inside and outside the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN
* Assist pupils during lessons, breaks, and lunchtimes
* Support the class teacher with daily classroom activities
* Help maintain a safe, organised, and engaging learning environment
* Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all pupils

Ideally, you will:
* Have experience supporting children with SEN (desirable but not essential)
* Be patient, dependable, and committed to the role
* Demonstrate initiative and a proactive mindset (essential)
* Hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
* Have permanent UK residency (essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
