PA to Chairman

The hours of work are full time, Mon-Fri and there is fexibility for flexible working hours/hybrid working for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Be the right hand to the Chairman, providing efficient and effective administrative support.
Manage the Chairman's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communication, presentations, and other documents.
Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Organise and coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation.
Assist with the preparation of board meetings, take minutes, and maintain records.
Conduct research, analyse data, and provide insightful reports as required.
Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Manage ad-hoc projects and ensure timely completion.Requirements:
