Overview: As a Demand Planner, you will be pivotal in demand and supply chain functions. Your expertise will drive the demand strategy and ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Demand Planning: Accountable for the Demand Plan and input into the Demand strategy.
2. S&OP Process: Lead the Demand review S&OP process.
3. System Management: Manage the Demand planning system.
4. Product Changes: Ensure product changes are implemented on the system.
5. Insight Management: Handle internal and external insight feeds.
6. Reconciliation: Accountable for demand reconciliation and gap closing monitoring.
7. LEAN Initiatives: Drive the end-to-end demand process using LEAN initiatives.
8. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the supply planner to resolve supply and demand conflicts.
9. Forecast Accuracy: Ensure forecast accuracy and validate critical data.
10. Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate processes continuously.
11. Budget Review: Review the gap between the demand plan and the sales budget.
About You:
12. Experience: Essential experience in supply chain or demand planning roles.
13. Skills: Advanced analytical skills, Excel, and Smartsheet knowledge.
14. Knowledge: Familiarity with demand and supply chain systems, LEAN, and S&OP processes.
15. Traits: Excellent communicator, motivated, and able to work under pressure.
