Environmental Manager - Warwick (hybrid working – 3 days on site and 2 days remote)

As an Environmental Manager based in Warwick, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Maintaining a company-wide environmental management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO14001.
2. Keeping up to date with new legislation and providing updates to the business on potential impacts.
3. Collecting, tracking and analysing environmental data including carbon and producer responsibility (packaging) for performance monitoring, external reporting and inclusion in the annual report.
4. Supporting the environmental requirements for Bids and Tenders and regulatory regimes including EPR.
5. Building strong relationships with external suppliers and partners to collaboratively deliver environmental initiatives and projects
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week.

6. Experience in a similar role within a complex business structure.
7. Strong knowledge of developing, implementing, and maintaining ISO14001 management systems.
8. Skilled in collecting, analysing, and presenting environmental data (carbon, packaging, plastics, WEEE, and more) clearly and engagingly.
9. Experienced in partnering with senior leaders to drive the environmental agenda and deliver measurable improvements.
10. Commercially aware, with an understanding of how environmental performance supports strategic advantage and aligns with emerging industry trends.
