Recruitment Consultant
Synergy is a leading Implants and Cosmetic, award-winning dental group in the north-west of England. We are dedicated to investing in our people, in line with our philosophy of lifelong learning. We are currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to join our ever-expanding team in line with our ambitious growth plans.
The Role:
· Writing and amending Job Adverts, Job Descriptions and posting to the relevant job boards.
· Advertising current vacancies through social media and other channels.
· Arranging and conducting interviews with candidates and liaising with hiring managers in regards to offers.
· Collating and updating all Employee files, ensuring accuracy and relevancy constantly.
· Arranging the signing of contracts, and organising all on boarding in line with internal policies and procedures.
The Person:
· Someone with Recruitment experience.
· A candidates with a positive, 'Can do' attitude and a desire to learn and develop.
· Outstanding organisational skills, and an ability to work quickly and efficiently.
· Someone with outstanding personal skills, and ability to communicate effectively.
· IT Literate (Microsoft Packages)
The Benefits:
· Salary: £26k -£29k (Pro Rata) Dependent on Experience
· Full Time
· Permanent Contract
