Sales Administrator - Poole - Up to £26,228 We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join a busy sales team in Poole. This role combines customer service with day-to-day administrative tasks. A varied role in a busy sales environment with opportunities to develop and make a real impact on customer experience. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately and on time Handle enquiries via phone, email, and webchat Follow up on quotes, failed orders, and aftercare Maintain accurate customer records Support internal teams to resolve queries Identify opportunities to upsell products Skills & Experience Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and professional phone manner High attention to detail Ability to work independently and under pressure Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook) Previous customer service or administrative experience This role will offer Hybrid working after the first year due to training.
