Senior Service Advisor – Main Dealer
📍 Worthing | 💷 £36,753.60 Basic + Bonus
Are you a confident, customer-focused Senior Service Advisor ready to take the lead in a busy main dealer environment? This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key role where your experience, professionalism and people skills will really make an impact.
As Senior Service Advisor, you’ll be a central figure in the Aftersales team, setting the standard for customer service while supporting the wider Service Advisor team to deliver a smooth, high-quality customer journey.
The Role
* Lead by example within the Service Advisor team, delivering outstanding customer service from booking to vehicle handover
* Manage service bookings, customer updates and follow-ups with clarity and confidence
* Liaise closely with Workshop, Parts and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and accurate quotations
* Identify and drive-up selling opportunities to maximise revenue while maintaining customer trust
* Build strong, long-term relationships with customers through a professional and friendly approach
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Service Advisor (Senior level preferred)
* Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
* Organised, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced main dealer environment
* Commercially aware, with a natural ability to upsell ethically
Hours
* 46.5 hours per week
* Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 5:30pm (1-hour break)
* 1 in 4 Saturdays: 7:00am – 1:00pm
What’s On Offer
* Salary: £36,753.60 per annum
* Bonus: Target-based bonus up to £1,500 per year
