Temp All Staffing are currently recruiting Senior Health Care assistants for our Care Home client. Our client has numerous Care Homes throughout the UK and provides support to residents with residential, dementia and respite care. A successful candidate will be patient and caring and able to provide a quality service to residents within a care home environment whilst supporting and leading a team of carers.

Job Role
Our senior care assistants and support workers will: –
5. Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality care to residents. Assist those that require it with:
6. Getting in and out of bed
7. Washing
8. Dressing
9. Toilet requirements
10. Their personal care
11. Assist those with mobility problems when required
12. Encourage independence and support vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities.
13. As a Senior Health Care Assistant, you will also lead a small team to ensure high quality of care and life for all the residents. You will also be required to do some administration.
Education, Skills and Qualifications
14. Have previous experience in a care role
15. Previous care training (NVQ qualifications)
16. Have the ability to work well with others
17. Be compassionate and understanding
18. A full UK driving licence would be beneficial to the role, but is not essential as long as you can get to the home.
