About the Role:
As an early years practitioner, your key responsibilities will include:
-Supervising and engaging with children to ensure their safety and well-being.
-Leading creative, educational, and outdoor activities to support learning and development.
-Assisting with mealtimes and daily routines, fostering a nurturing environment.
-Supporting the day-to-day operations of the nursery to deliver exceptional care.
What We’re Looking For:
-Qualifications: A Level 3 qualification in childcare is ideal, but we welcome candidates with a Level 2 qualification and relevant experience.
-Experience: Previous experience in an educational setting, childcare role, or even babysitting is highly desirable.
-Flexibility: The ability to work adaptable hours to meet the nursery’s needs.
-Passion: A love for working with children, ensuring they feel supported, valued, and inspired.
