Reporting to senior management, you will oversee a team of welding and quality inspectors, ensuring all aspects of quality control and assurance in welding and fabrication are fully satisfied.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking as part of the wider management and supervision teamUnderstanding and following inspection and test plansMaintaining traceability throughout all projectsManaging and overseeing NDT operationsLiaising directly with client quality teamsPreparation and management of quality documentationMentoring and directing a team of welding and quality inspectorsQualificationsEssential:CSWIP 3.2 Senior Welding Inspector or higherDesirable:IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTSExperience & Skills5+ years of experience in a QA/QC role within the engineering or construction industryProven ability to develop and follow inspection and test plansExperience working with ISO 9001 quality management systemsPrevious experience in a team-leading or supervisory capacityStrong communication skills with the ability to liaise across client and internal teamsTPBN1_UKTJ
