Our Consulting team has a major role to play in driving forward the growth of the firm with over 1,700 people delivering almost £200m revenue.

We are looking for a supervisor to join our accounting and financial reporting team in Chelmsford to provide delivery and supervision of accountancy services to a range of clients, while always promoting the firm.
You’ll make an impact by:
* Ensuring jobs are completed to the highest standard and within agreed internal budgets.
* Working independently on assignments at client premises when required.
* Supervising junior team members, assisting with their day-to-day training and development.
* Preparing annual financial statements for a range of entity types, both in variety and size, including the preparation of financial statements for audit.
* Conducting analytical reviews incorporating variance analysis on all account’s preparations.

* ACA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified individual or someone with equivalent experience.
* Experience of working in an accountancy practice environment.
* Strong communicator with a proven experience of building strong client relationships at all levels.
* Can navigate various accounting and bookkeeping packages such as CCH, Sage, and Xero.
