We are looking for a Dining Room Manager to lead our dining rooms and provide outstanding service to our guests.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily front and back of house restaurant operations.
* Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
* Respond efficiently and accurately to any arising guest dissatisfaction.
* Organise and supervise staffing for twice daily meal times.
* Mentor new waiting staff with correct operational procedures.
* Greeting and serve guests with food and drinks as required.
* Take customers' orders and pass them to kitchen staff or bar assistants.
* Work as a team with other staff in the dining room and communicate effectively with Kitchen staff.
Qualifications
* 1 year of management experience (preferred).
* 1 year of restaurant management experience (preferred).
* Active listening and effective communication skills.
Work Hours and Compensation
Hours include evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with set shifts of 7:45‑10:45 and 17:45‑20:45. Salary up to £13.85 per hour depending on experience.
