We are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to the Group CEO, for a company based in Solihull.
The Purpose of the PA role is to provide high-level executive support to the Group CEO, ensuring the smooth running of their office, effective time management, and seamless coordination across the organisation. The PA acts as a trusted point of contact, managing information flow and enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities.
Main responsibilities PA role :
* Executive support
* Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
* Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents in line with data protection requirements.
* Arrange complex travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics for UK and international trips.
* Track expenses, raise purchase orders, and support budget monitoring for the CEO’s office
* Support delivery of strategic and ad-hoc projects led by the CEO, conducting research and preparing briefing materials.
* Assist with internal communications, preparing updates and announcements as required.
* Provide logistical and administrative support for major company events, ensuring smooth planning, coordination, and delivery.
* Organise and assist with the set-up of shareholders’ meetings, including preparing materials, liaising with stakeholders, and managing on-site arrangements.
* Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest levels of professionalism at all times.

Skills & Experience Required for the PA role :
• Significant PA/EA experience supporting senior executives or board-level leaders.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools (Teams/Zoom).
• Discretion, integrity, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Experience supporting a Group CEO or working in a multi-site or group organisation.
• Understanding of board governance and minute-taking
