The Opportunity This is a high-impact role where youll sit at the intersection of sales, finance, and data, helping to drive smarter decisions and stronger results. Youll take ownership of how sales performance is measured, how incentives are structured, and how territories and targets are aligned ultimately helping to maximise revenue and productivity. What Youll Be Doing Design and manage sales incentive plans that motivate teams and align with business goals Build and maintain performance dashboards (Power BI / similar) to provide clear, actionable insights Lead on territory planning and quota setting, using data to ensure fair and effective coverage Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to influence commercial strategy Continuously improve processes, tools, and reporting to enhance decision-making Why This Role?
