Overview
We are looking for an Early Years Educator who can:
* Work with a committed Preschool team, who put the child at the heart of all they do.
* Work under direction from the Preschool Leader but also take initiative.
* Maintain a calm influence and approach and work flexibly and responsively to the needs of the children.
* Motivate and support children by example and with good humour.
* Contribute to the preschool planning schedule with exciting and challenging age-appropriate activities.
* Carry out observations of up to 8 key children, and keep accurate records in line with EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
* Provide parents with regular feedback on their child\'s progression using an online journal system.
* Build positive relationships with all members of the school community.
