Our client is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Manager to lead the strategic management, optimization, and continuous improvement of their global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Summary of the role and key responsibilities
This role involves overseeing HR technology solutions, ensuring seamless system integrations, data integrity, and compliance, while improving HR operational efficiency. The HRIS Manager will collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to lead system implementations, upgrades, and user training to meet the company's evolving needs.
* Strong technical expertise in platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and excellent project management and stakeholder management skills are required.
* Proven experience as an HRIT Manager or similar role, with a solid understanding of HR processes and IT systems. Experience with HRIS platforms such as ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactors is essential.
* Experience with HRIS implementation and management.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
* Relevant certifications in HR technology or project management are advantageous.
* 10+ years of relevant experience.
