The Firm
My client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Exeter, known for our professional yet supportive working environment. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Junior Personal Assistant to support our legal teams.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their PA or administrative career who is looking to develop long-term as a Personal Assistant within a professional services environment.You will provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support to fee earners, ensuring the smooth running of the team and assisting with a variety of PA and office-based tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Providing administrative and PA support to lawyersDiary management and scheduling meetingsPreparing and formatting documents and correspondenceManaging emails, filing, and document management systemsLiaising professionally with clients and internal teamsSupporting with general office administration as required
About You
Some previous administrative experience in a corporate or professional services environment is essentialStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailConfident communicator with a professional and discreet approachProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)A proactive attitude and genuine interest in developing as a PA

This role is not suitable for candidates with a law degree or those seeking a route into qualification as a solicitor. We are specifically looking for someone who is committed to building a long-term career as a Personal Assistant and progressing within this function.
