We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. Duties
* Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
* Manage inventory control, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising products effectively.
* Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance team performance.
* Handle payroll and bookkeeping tasks accurately to maintain financial integrity.
* Implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent and manage interviewing processes.
* Supervise staff performance through regular feedback and coaching sessions.
* Utilize retail math skills for budgeting, pricing strategies, and sales management.
* Maintain an organized store environment through effective merchandising and inventory management practices.
* Foster strong communication skills within the team to ensure excellent phone etiquette and customer interactions.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in retail management or as an assistant manager in a similar environment.
* Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and employee supervision.
* Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving sales goals.
* Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers.
* Proficient in POS systems, cash handling, and administrative tasks related to store management.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of grocery store operations is preferred, Especially on Fuel garages.
