Candidate Services Advisor - Administration Reference number: JR251223 Location: Hybrid working - home and our office in Islington Working pattern: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week Contract Type: Permanent Number of roles: 1 Grade : K3LH Salary: £31,000 - £33,500 We are looking for a Candidate Services Advisor to join our team. Role Summary As a Candidate Services Advisor (Administration), you will provide outstanding administrative services for existing and prospective candidates, providing a platform to help them create success. You will manage all administrative duties and, during busy periods, support the First Line Support team with their core activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as a Operations Team Leader, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader. You'll be comfortable in a customer-focused environment and have the ability to manage a significant workload. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience of working within a customer-focused environment (preference would be from a call centre environment) The ability to manage a significant workload effectively Driven to provide excellence in service and a desire to make a difference Personable and able to build rapport easily with candidates and colleagues Demonstratable proficiency with core digital productivity suites (e.g. Google Workspace) and the ability to quickly learn new software and platforms A genuine curiosity for and willingness to explore new technologies, particularly in the areas of AI and automation The ability to identify manual or repetitive tasks and think critically about how technology, including AI tools, could be used to streamline processes and remove complexity The ability to articulate problems clearly to AI tools (e.g. writing effective prompts) to generate useful outputs, and critically evaluate those outputs for accuracy and relevance What we do Kaplan is a provider of world-leading professional assessments. Working Arrangements This role is a hybrid position with approximately 40%-60% of your time based in our office or assessment delivery venue, and the rest at your home. You may also be required to travel and spend time away from home during our assessments.
