We are seeking a talented Graphic & Web Designer to join our creative team in the heart of the UK. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our visual identity and enhancing user experiences across various digital platforms. Responsibilities
* Develop visually appealing graphics and layouts for websites and applications
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative design solutions
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to enhance user experience
* Ensure consistency in branding across all digital platforms
* Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into designs
* Conduct user research to inform design decisions
* Optimise designs for responsiveness across devices
* Present design concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
* Strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design work
* Familiarity with web design principles and responsive design techniques
* Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices
* Experience with wireframing tools
* Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
