This is a growing UK-based technology business with a headquarters in the Southwest. The company has a strong product-market fit and is scaling steadily, with plans to significantly grow their commercial footprint over the coming years.
As part of that journey, they’re looking to appoint a Vice President of Sales to lead their sales organisation and play a key role in shaping the company’s next stage of expansion.
This is a strategic leadership role with full responsibility for the sales function. The VP of Sales will work alongside the executive team to define and execute commercial strategy, build scalable systems, and lead a growing team through a period of accelerated growth. Lead and develop the sales function across new business and pipeline generation
Own the sales strategy and deliver on commercial performance goals
Implement scalable sales processes, playbooks, and coaching frameworks
Manage forecasting, pipeline reporting, and team planning
Leverage sales enablement tools (e.g., io) to drive performance
Senior-level sales leadership experience in a high-growth SaaS or B2B tech environment
Strong commercial instincts and a coaching-led, hands-on leadership approach
Demonstrated success in building structure, hitting revenue targets, and scaling teams
