We are working with a prestigious London-based law firm seeking an experienced Legal PA to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and wants to be part of a supportive, forward-thinking firm.
Location: Central London
Working Model: Hybrid (office & remote working balance)
The Role
As a Legal PA, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to senior fee-earners. Responsibilities will include:
* Complex diary and inbox management
* Preparing, proofreading, and formatting legal documents
* Coordinating meetings, travel, and client events
* Liaising with clients and stakeholders with professionalism and discretion
* Supporting billing and other PA duties as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Currently working in a London-based law firm
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Legal PA (or in a similar legal support role)
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-pressure environment
