Are you a qualified and experienced primary school teacher craving flexibility and variety, eager to make a positive difference in supporting young people's education? This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate person to join in the future development of a Secondary school working with Affinity Workforce based in the Swindon area. Affinity Workforce Solutions are seeking to appoint a keen primary teacher to support our students and help support a growing number of well-established schools within and across the Swindon area. We are keen to hear from anybody who is looking for a challenge and available to work as soon as possible. Key responsibilities of the role: Deliver lesson plans to ensure students stay on track with the curriculum. Record and report progress: Keep track of attendance, behaviour, and any notable academic issues. Manage classroom behaviour: Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment. Engage, motivate and encourage students to complete work to the best of their ability. Familiarise yourself with school policies, routines, and expectations. Adapting teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those with SEND To register with Affinity Workforce Solutions, you will need: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS, QTLS). Right to Work in the UK. Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or willing to put one in process (we can support with this) Previous experience within an educational setting supporting students.
