About The Role
* You will oversee the delivery of high-quality services across Lancashire.
* Facilitate consultation across teams and stakeholders to develop and build on good practices, and support the strategic direction of the area business plan.
* Drive continuous improvement of performance using data and operational information to ensure teams perform to the highest standards.
* Build and maintain external relationships to promote positive working relationships, ensuring the best support and outcomes for service users.
* Ensure services meet the needs of users to standards expected by commissioners and partners.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships and formal partnerships, promote VS services, and represent the charity professionally to stakeholders, external bodies, and the media.
* Lead the strategic delivery of high-quality, efficient, and responsive services to victims, identify income growth and partnership opportunities, and build relationships with commissioning bodies.
* Focus on team development, performance monitoring, and quality assurance.
* Travel across Lancashire is essential, and occasional work outside usual hours may be required. Attendance at in-person meetings with commissioners and staff is expected.
