Support Worker - Hospital
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 42.00 per week on average
Shift: Mixed (Days/Nights)

THE ROLE
As a Support Worker, you will embed yourself in our multidisciplinary team at our mental health hospital. Your primary focus is empowering patients to live with dignity and achieve maximum independence. You will apply a high level of intuition and empathy to support individuals dealing with complex and challenging behaviours, directly contributing to a safe, positive environment
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Previous experience as a Support Worker
Trained in person-centred approaches to mental health care
Flexibility to work both day and night shifts
