Must have’s
* Proven experience in CRM marketing, email marketing, or marketing automation
* Strong experience managing CRM systems and large databases
* Confident creating targeted email campaigns and analysing campaign performance
* Strong understanding of audience segmentation and database management
* Excellent written communication skills for creating engaging campaign content

* Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and working independently

So, what will you be doing?
* Managing and developing the company CRM database to maximise engagement
* Planning and delivering targeted email marketing campaigns
* Building and managing automated email journeys and nurture campaigns
* Maintaining CRM data quality through segmentation and database management
* Analysing campaign performance including open rates and engagement metrics
* Producing reports and insights to improve campaign performance
* Working with internal teams to support marketing activity and lead generation
* Creating engaging newsletters, announcements, and campaign messaging
* Supporting digital marketing activity across LinkedIn and other channels
* Identifying opportunities to improve CRM utilisation and automation processes
