We are currently looking to appoint a resilient, enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. About the role: Supporting pupils aged 7–16 with SEMH needs and associated learning difficulties. Working on a 1:1 or small group basis to build trust and engagement in learning. Assisting the class teacher in delivering a therapeutic, pupil-centred curriculum. Promoting emotional regulation, social development and positive behaviour strategies. Ideal candidate will have: Experience working with young people with SEMH, SEND, or behavioural challenges. A calm, patient and nurturing approach. Strong communication and de-escalation skills.
