What you’ll be responsible for
You’ll bring clarity, structure, and direction to the MyVoice initiative. You’ll plan and deliver our annual MyVoice Conference, run the surveys that influence our improvements, and turn insight into clear action.
You’ll work closely with Marketing, HR, Operations and senior leaders, and you’ll chair the MyVoice Working Group to keep everyone focused on what the feedback is telling us.
This role exists because the programme has grown, and now needs dedicated leadership to take it to the next level.
Lead the programme
1. Plan and deliver the annual MyVoice Conference
2. Chair the MyVoice Working Group
3. Support the existing committee so they can contribute effectively
Gather meaningful insight
4. Oversee surveys for people supported and employees
5. Improve response rates
6. Analyse data and identify themes and trends
7. Produce the quarterly MyVoice Impact Report
Turn insight into action
8. Lead the “You Talked, We Listened – We Acted” cycle
9. Work with operational leads to embed actions across services
10. Track and evidence the impact of the programme
Build visibility and influence
11. Work with Marketing & Communications to share outcomes
12. Keep the MyVoice narrative aligned to our mission and values
13. Build relationships across all divisions
14. Shape the future direction of MyVoice.
About you
You’re someone who enjoys bringing people together and turning conversations into practical next steps. You’re organised, thoughtful, and motivated by seeing real change. You want your work to matter, and you want the impact to be visible.
You’ll need to travel across England and Scotland, and occasionally work outside normal office hours to support key events.
This role needs someone who brings both heart and structure, someone who is passionate about meaningful engagement but also capable of delivering a programme with discipline and clarity.
You’ll need:
âś” Experience in programme or project management
âś” Background in social care, community engagement, or similar people-focused work
âś” Experience delivering events or organisation-wide initiatives
âś” Strong data analysis and reporting skills
âś” Excellent written and verbal communication
âś” Comfort engaging with people supported, frontline teams and senior leaders
âś” Confidence chairing meetings and influencing stakeholders
âś” Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan ahead
âś” A person-centred approach and inclusive mindset
