The Role
The team is seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant. Responsibilities include managing a client portfolio, preparing accounts and tax returns, and providing excellent client service. The role offers a 4-day workweek.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a diverse client portfolio, ensuring high-quality service.
2. Prepare and review financial statements and management accounts.
3. Handle tax return preparation and submission, ensuring HMRC compliance.
4. Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing queries and advising on accounting and tax matters.
5. Provide strategic financial and tax advice to clients.
Requirements:
* Chartered accountant qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
* Experience managing a client portfolio in a practice setting.
* Strong knowledge of accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting standards.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* High attention to detail.
