Are you an organised and proactive professional with a passion for efficient business processes administration? Were seeking a Business Support Assistant to join our team to help enhance our services within the Commercial and Procurement Division, on behalf of Kent County Council.
The Business Support Assistant will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to ensure the effective operation of our team and the successful delivery of our programmes and initiatives. A keen eye for detail alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. You will have excellent IT skills and a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
In this role you will ensure the Commercial and Procurement Division is able to fulfil their functions as efficiently as possible. To be successful you will need to be:

4. able to collect and report on performance information for the team, in an accurate and timely manner

7. experienced in minuting meetings
8. able to use your own initiative, knowledge and experience to arrive at appropriate solutions to problems
9. Ensure seamless communication across the team
10. Promote best practices to enhance compliance and effectiveness across the division
