The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the Academy grounds, buildings, environment and their users, ensuring their safety and security through day to day organisation.
The post is responsible for the Site Team, for ensuring that the building management systems are working as efficiently and effectively as possible, through a preventative inspection and maintenance schedule, whilst at the same time ensuring essential works and maintenance jobs are completed on a priority basis.
The Facilities Manager will also be responsible for Health and Safety across the site, ensuring that rules and regulations are implemented and adhered to and be responsible for the management of the Site, Cleaning, and Lettings teams.
