This is an exciting opportunity for a confident professional to play a key role in driving a positive and productive workplace culture. Key Duties: Employee Relations Carry out site inspections to ensure compliance with legislation, management systems and company procedures. Working with a team of people dedicated to HS&E Monitoring and reviewing both written and operational works to ensure their effectiveness, compliance, and following consultation will implement new protective and preventative measures when required by law or by the Company in achieving best practice Liaising with colleagues to ensure a consistent approach to health and safety across all sites and satellite offices.
