Due to growth, we are seeking a General Sales Manager to support the General Manager in running the sales department at our Grimsby dealership.
Daily Responsibilities include:
* Handling sales inquiries professionally and efficiently
* Analyzing departmental profit daily, managing costs, reducing expenses, and reviewing debtors with reports
* Managing sales team and processes
* Controlling profit margins and stock presentation
* Maximizing vehicle and product sales and profitability
* Monitoring and achieving KPI targets
* Supporting policy and procedure maintenance
* Coaching and developing Sales Executives
* Prioritizing workload and staying organized
* Maintaining strong manufacturer relationships
* Ensuring professional customer service
* Marketing creatively to increase new car sales
Ideal Candidate: Currently in a similar role or experienced in managing a sales team, seeking career progression.
