You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in close partnership with colleagues in primary care, community, social work and third sector. You will be based at Rothesy House and North West Area Centre Kilmarnock. Hours: 37 What you will do: The Older Adult Community Mental Health Team is embedded within the East Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership. As a registered Mental Health Nurse, on Part 3 of the NMC Register, you will be an integral member of the team working within a distinct locality within East Ayrshire providing assessment, care, support and interventions to patients and carers living in East Ayrshire. You will be highly motivated and prepared to innovate and develop practice working as part of an integrated and multi-disciplinary environment placing the older person and their care partners at the forefront of service delivery.
