Requirements
* QCFLevel5DiplomainLeadershipforHealthandSocialCareandChildrenandYoungPeoplesServices(tobeobtainedwithin3yearsofstartingtomanagethechildrenshome)OR
* RegisteredManagersAward/NVQ4inHealthandSocialCareandManagement.OR
* Relevantmanagementqualification(equivalenttotheLevel5Diploma).
* Minimumof2yearsinamanagementpositionwithinresidentialcareofchildreninthelast5years.
* Minimumof1yearexperienceoflinemanagement/staffsupervisionofstaffinacareroleManagementinarelevantresidentialcaresetting.
