We are looking for a reliable and experienced Shift Engineer to join a dedicated team responsible for the maintenance of building systems and services within a prestigious commercial property in central London. The position operates on a rotating shift pattern to provide 24/7 support, ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of all building services. Key Responsibilities: * Undertake planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, BMS, lighting, and power distribution. * Carry out fault-finding and diagnostics, ensuring swift resolution to reduce disruption. * Support the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. * Respond to building alarms and emergency situations, taking appropriate action and escalating when necessary. * Maintain detailed records of all work carried out and systems monitored. * Work collaboratively with on-site teams and external contractors to uphold high standards of service delivery.
